What we fix

If water is going where it shouldn't, a French drain is usually the answer.

French drain installation

Trench, fabric, ag pipe and stormwater connection, set to the right fall.

Soggy lawns & yards

Stop the backyard turning into a bog every time it rains.

Water against the house

Intercept it before it reaches the slab, footings or subfloor.

Retaining wall drainage

Drain behind the wall so pressure never builds up.

Stormwater connection

Tie into a pit, soak well or the legal discharge point, to code.

Driveway & surface drains

Spoon drains and grates that catch runoff before the house does.

How a French drain fixes it

No pumps, no power. Just gravity doing the work.

  • We dig a trench on a gentle fall toward a discharge point.
  • Line it with geotextile fabric so soil can't clog it, and lay gravel.
  • Drop in slotted ag pipe, cover with gravel, fold the fabric over.
  • Water filters down, into the pipe, and away from your home for good.
